Ring India is a network of independent third-party contact centres across the Asia Pacific region. We run voice and web-based campaigns for clients throughout the US, Europe and Australia, and we build each programme around the client's own definition of a good outcome rather than a fixed service menu.

Manohar Jaswani is the Chairman of Ambecco Textiles and brings more than 25 years of professional and entrepreneurial experience. His career has covered information services, international marketing, corporate training and business research. Over the years, he has worked closely with companies seeking to expand their markets and improve their operating capabilities. His experience provides the board with a balanced understanding of traditional business practices and changing commercial trends. He is particularly involved in long-term planning, organisational development and strategic decision-making. His leadership continues to guide the company’s overall direction and business philosophy.

Tarun Jaswani
Tarun Jaswani is an electronics and telecommunications engineering graduate with experience spanning technology, software development and business management. He began his professional journey with established organisations including BPL, TATA and IIS Infotech. During his early career, he worked extensively in software development and gained more than a decade of practical experience in the information technology sector. His technical background has helped him understand how digital systems can be applied to solve real business problems. Over time, Tarun Jaswani has also been involved in entrepreneurship, technology strategy and the development of internet-based business initiatives. He brings to the board a combination of engineering knowledge, commercial thinking and an interest in emerging technologies.

Sanjay Dudani
Sanjay Dudani is the Managing Director of Net Inertia and has broad experience in developing CRM-based solutions and technology services. He built the company from the ground up with a focus on practical, reliable and commercially relevant IT solutions. His work has involved understanding customer requirements and converting them into systems that can improve sales, service and business operations. As an entrepreneur, he has handled several aspects of company building, including product development, client relationships and operational management. His hands-on experience gives him a strong understanding of the challenges faced by growing technology businesses. On the board, he contributes insights related to customer engagement, software services and business execution.

Ken Bhullar
Ken Bhullar serves as Associate Vice President for Media and Alliances and is based in California. He has more than 15 years of experience across information technology, media, public relations, advertising, events and public policy. His career has involved working with organisations that require effective communication, strategic partnerships and international visibility. At Interfacemax, he is responsible for developing international affiliations and supporting media and operational initiatives. His experience across multiple industries allows him to connect technology businesses with media organisations, institutions and potential partners. He brings a global perspective to the board and plays an important role in expanding the organisation’s external relationships and international presence.

Ashok Sharma
Ashok Sharma has more than 15 years of experience in accounts, investments and financial decision-making. During his career, he has worked with organisations involved in customer support, real estate and equity markets. This varied experience has given him a practical understanding of financial management, asset evaluation and business risk. He is closely involved in reviewing investment proposals and assessing opportunities for expansion. His approach combines financial discipline with an understanding of changing market conditions. As a member of the board, he has an influential role in decisions relating to capital allocation, investments and the future growth of the organisation.
