We generate bankruptcy leads across the US. These are people who have started weighing up whether to file and are looking for help before they do — the point at which debt help, a settlement plan or a bankruptcy evaluation with an attorney is still something they will listen to.

We also supply discharged bankruptcy leads: people whose bankruptcy has already been discharged and who are now trying to rebuild their credit. If you write secured cards, credit-builder loans or subprime auto finance, that is a different conversation and a different list, and we keep the two separate.

Every record is worked by an agent before it reaches you, against the filing status, debt level and state criteria you set.
