You can reach us about anything on this page at privacy@ringindia.net. Every opt-out described below is handled at that address.

What we collect

When you visit this site, our web server records the visitor's domain name. It does not record your email address.

Beyond that, we hold what you give us: the email address of anyone who writes to us, and any information you volunteer — survey responses, registrations and the detail you include in an enquiry.

What we use it for

We use it to improve what is on this site, to tailor the content, to tell you about updates, and to contact you about our services.

If you would rather not hear from us, email privacy@ringindia.net and say so. We will stop.

When we share it

From time to time we make email addresses from this site, and our customer email list, available to other reputable organisations whose products or services we think may interest you.

If you would rather we did not, email us and ask to be added to our do-not-share list. Please include your exact name and address so we can be certain the right record is removed from the lists we share.

Post and telephone

If you give us a postal address, you may receive occasional mailings from us about new services or events, and you may receive mailings from other reputable companies. If you give us a telephone number, we may call you about an enquiry you have made, and about new services or events; other reputable companies may also call.

Both are covered by the same do-not-share list. Email us with your exact name, address and phone number and we will remove you from the lists we share.
