We handle data entry, data checking, research and general back office work, priced according to what the job actually involves rather than a flat rate that suits us and not you.

We digitise your data and return it in whatever format is useful at the other end. Indexed and searchable is the default, not an extra. Need it as a mail merge file, a database after OCR, or reformatted to load into your reporting system? That is the ordinary case, not the exception.

Paper or digital, we take the source material and make it usable.

Beyond keying

Our data entry team can input any format you have. Where it helps, we also design the data structures and build the databases — Access, SQL Server or Oracle — including indexes, triggers and stored procedures. If you need something we have not listed, ask; the answer is usually yes.

We are set up for volume and for accuracy at speed. Send us a sample and a turnaround target and we will quote against it.
